I envisioned a series of e-learning courses that combined practical system training with interactive simulations. These courses would immerse learners in realistic guest interaction scenarios while teaching them to navigate the software, ensuring a well-rounded and engaging training experience.

The courses were created in Adobe Captivate, with supporting design elements crafted in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and animations developed in Adobe After Effects. This multimedia approach ensured visually engaging, interactive, and easy-to-understand lessons.
